Deliveries
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of us sending you an order confirmation email. To ensure that you receive your products in a prompt and secure manner we have chosen to send all our parcels using Royal Mail's trackable services. These require a signature on receipt.
In order to minimise your postage costs, any orders which exceed 2kg in weight may, at our discretion, be despatched in multiple parcels.
If you would like products delivered to more than one address, you will need to complete separate orders in relation to each address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each order.
Please note that it is your respsonsibility to ensure that we have a valid postal address. We cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing or are delayed due to errors in the address supplied.
UK Deliveries
Any orders over the value of £80 (excluding p&p) will be despatched free of charge.
Orders will be despatched using Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded Delivery service and will require a signature on delivery. Royal Mail delivers most items the next working day. We cannot guarantee that any products will be delivered within a particular length of time and will not be liable for any delays which occur during transportation. However, if your order has not been delivered within 5 working days of receiving your confirmation email, please contact our Customer Services department.
EU and non-EU Deliveries
Orders will be despatched using Royal Mail's International Signed For service and will require a signature on delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver goods to Europe within 3 to 5 working days and to the rest of the world within 5 to 7 working days. We cannot guarantee that any products will be delivered within a particular length of time and will not be liable for any delays which occur during transportation. However, if your order has not been delivered within 12 working days of receiving your confirmation email, please contact our Customer Services department.
