Cancel or Change an Order
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our Customer Services department either via our website or by telephone on 0844 800 9116 between 9:30 - 3:00pm Monday - Friday. Please ensure that you have your order number available.
If your order has already been delivered, you will need to follow our returns procedures.
Returns and Exchanges
Should you wish to return anything you purchased from us, we will happily refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition. Returns should be received by us within 14 days of your receipt of the order and must be in their original packaging, undamaged, fit for purpose and must not have been worn.
Products must be returned to the address provided below. You must obtain and keep proof of posting until we have confirmed receipt of your returned products.
You must complete the returns slip contained in your order and identify which products you are returning and whether you require a refund or an exchange. If you require an exchange you should identify the products which you wish to receive. All exchanges are subject to the relevant products being available at that time. The costs of returning products will be at your expense except where the goods are faulty or not as ordered.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days following our receipt of the returned product. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for your card company to issue the funds back to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund should you fail to comply with the Returns and Exchanges terms and conditions above.
Refunds will exclude our postage and packaging costs except where the goods are faulty or not as ordered.
